Mr. Mitchell is a registered patent attorney grateful to have served the needs of a variety of clients during his career.  Mr. Mitchell started in the intellectual property field in 2001, and currently focuses on intellectual property procurement with a particular focus in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Mr. Mitchell works regularly with technology in the electrical, computer, and mechanical arts.

Mr. Mitchell’s training is in the fields of business and computer science (BSBA/CIS, 2000), and law (JD, 2003), and he is currently licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in Washington DC, and in Ohio.
