Ms. Di Grazio is a registered patent attorney with years of experience prosecuting patent applications for both domestic and foreign clients.
She has represented clients ranging from independent, sole inventors to large corporations. She has practiced in law firms to include a multi-national firm to mid-sized boutique intellectual property firms.
Prior to joining a large D.C. firm, Ms. Di Grazio was a patent examiner at The United States Patent & Trademark Office where she examined patent applications directed to liquid crystal displays. Always interested in learning about new technologies, Ms. Di Grazio has prosecuted patent applications in a wide range of subject matter ranging from business methods, semiconductor fabrication, telecommunications, optics, speech recognition, 3D printing, and medical devices.
Ms. Di Grazio earned her LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law from The University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly, Franklin Pierce Law Center). She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of law where she served as an Articles Editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Ms. Di Grazio earned her M.A. in physics with a focus on chaos, non-linear dynamics as applied to predicting the onset of epilepsy in animal subjects. She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from Dickinson College with majors in Physics and French.
