Mr. Turkevich has been practicing patent law since 1988, and has been practicing as a partner in various law firms since 1998.
Mr Turkevich concentrates his practice on patent application preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and has personally written hundreds of patent applications for various clients including Fortune 100 companies and startup companies. Mr. Turkevich also has counseled clients in patent validity and infringement matters. His technical experience includes Internet-based technologies (including Internet of Things (IoT), cryptographically-secure networks, and cloud computing systems), wireless communications systems, display technology, and semiconductors. He also practiced as an engineer for Hewlett Packard Company from 1985 to 1987.
Mr. Turkevich received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland in 1985, and his law degree, with honors, from George Washington University Law School in 1991. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
