Mr. Oh is a registered patent agent whose practice focuses on prosecuting patent applications in the fields of chemical and electronic technologies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oh worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for more than six years, where he specialized in patent applications in the chemical, materials science, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical device fields. He is well-versed in patent examination procedure and patent classification, including USPC, IPC, and CPC.

Mr. Oh graduated in 2000 from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2009.

Mr. Oh is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
