Mr. Lee is an attorney in Kile Park’s patent group. Mr. Lee focuses on patent prosecution. He participates in preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO, and counsels clients regarding intellectual property law.
Mr. Lee is experienced in prosecution of utility and design patent applications across a wide range of technological fields: display devices, semiconductor circuitries, CPUs, memory systems, image processing systems, 3D printing systems, flight systems, LEDs, medical devices, software including artificial intelligence and blockchain, wind turbines, telecommunication devices, printers and toners, e-commerce, firearms, and so on. Additionally, he has prepared opinion letters regarding patent infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate and has provided litigation support in patent infringement cases.
Prior to joining Kile Park, Mr. Lee worked as an attorney in the patent department of Ladas & Parry LLP in New York for about three years.
Mr. Lee received a J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and a B.S. degree of Electronic Engineering from Sogang University in Seoul. He is admitted to the state of New York and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (with limited recognition).
